Topics covered during the seminar include wind resistant construction methods, building code requirements for high winds, safe rooms and storm shelters, concrete masonry, tilt-up concrete, removable forms and insulating concrete forms. Builders, developers, architects, engineers, contractors, building officials and product suppliers are invited to attend. The general public is also welcome. Attendees will receive 7 Professional Development Hours. The registration fee is only $75 and includes continental breakfast and lunch.
