The CI Board of Directors meeting was hosted by Tom Groark of the Port Authority of NY and NJ. Tom is the Deputy Director of Engineering/Construction at the Port Authority and is overseeing the re-development of the WTC site. In addition, Tom serves on the CI Board of Directors representing the Owners Directorate. Upon convening the CI Board of Directors meeting, Tom provided a tour of the “bathtub” at the WTC site for several CI Board of Directors.
